Each year, our builder members introduce the latest products and technologies, display popular trends in home design, and promote the American Dream of homeownership by participating in the Parade of Homes. The Parade of Homes is a 2-weekend event and all the homes are FREE to tour.

The Parade has been nationally recognized as an award-winning event hosting thousands of visitors who search for the latest in innovative building and decorating trends. Our membership is comprised of developers, general and specialty contractors, suppliers, and associates. The Parade of Homes will feature houses ranging from 1,400 square feet to over 5,500 square feet; ensuring that there is a home for everyone. Whether you are a first-time buyer, looking for luxury in a move-up, or someone scaling down, this event provides something for everyone. The homes exhibit the professionalism, authenticity, and unsurpassed standards of our Builders.

The homes and advertisers will be showcased in the mobile app and on our website.
